After reading some of the reviews left recently I wanted to take a moment to write one myself. I have used Pacific Highway Storage now for close to a year, contrary to one of the previous users post the management here is extremely knowledgeable and courteous as well as the staff. They always go out of their way to help you and make sure things are done properly, for the price you can't really ask for more. I spend a lot of my time traveling both domestically and internationally for work, it's definitely a comforting thought to know if anything at all happens while I'm gone that it will be addressed promptly and taken care of. Not to mention they call you immediately or email you whichever your preference might be. I would recommend Pacific Highway Storage to any of my friends because I know they would have the same experience with them that I have, No complaints whatsoever.

*CAUTION - FINGER PRINTS REQUIRED TO RENT. The employees I have interacted with are very friendly and professional. The business invites customers to shed documents, recycle electronics, and advertise their business at the facility. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the finger print requirements.
